
Lauren McGinley Vujosevic is a doctoral candidate in Music Education at the University of Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree in music education from Rutgers University and her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lauren’s previous teaching experience includes K-8 general music/choir in New York City and courses in music education and popular music at UW-Madison. She previously taught at the Terrapin Community Music School and currently serves as an assistant director of the Terrapin Music Camp. Lauren’s research interests include preservice music teacher education, community engagement, reflective practice and university/PK-12 school partnerships.
